Message: Today I took my V85TT into the In Moto workshop to have a service fault diagnosed. The whole team in the service department were knowledgeable, polite efficient and personable. Diagnosed my issue ordered the part I needed (it's on back order cruise control switch. ) I did not buy my bike from them but the service was great. On my way within the hour.

Message: What can I say? If a Ducati’s on your list, then Croydon’s In Moto should be your first port of call.. I was upgrading my commuter ride and had already had the Scrambler in my sights. Kevin, on their sales team, was super knowledgeable and not at all pushy (bit of an outdated perception of sales to be fair).. The bike pretty much sold itself in the test ride and he took decent time to explain what was what answering all my questions. No rush.. His attention to detail was very reassuring and kept me up to date once I’d decided to go ahead. There was a bit of a hiccup with the insurance at the last minute (not many options) but he was very understanding helpful.. I’ve has the bike a couple of weeks now and love it. Well recommended!
