Message: We stayed in a family room. Beds were comfy. Room have not much addiotional space but still room for a small desk. Room was clean and tidy. Our room looked over a small courtyard with good decorations. Has shared lounge are with better coffee etc.. People were friendly and helpful.

Message: Very nice place for a visit to London. Close to the subway (Russel Square is only 5min away, Kings Cross only 10min), but nevertheless very quiet. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Bath rooms are tiny, and early in the morning it takes 10 to 15min until the water turns from cold to warm - may be important for early birds. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would come back any time.

Message: Really nice hotel with great staff. I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was really good quality. The downsides would be the shower where the water pressure is quite low. I would also appreciate more variety in terms of the breakfast items but for a 3 start hotel it was very good.

Message: A very nice hotel, awesome service and great location! Me and my 2 sons (age 10 and 21) stayed here for 6 nights. We shared a big room, and it was great. No noise from traffic, so we could have the window open all night - which was nice as there is only a fan in the room.. The beds & pillows were great! The towels were clean and smelled nice - not the typical industrial smell.. The bathroom could be "up graded" at some point.. Super service! The breakfast is served by the a very welcoming and service oriented staff. After a few days we got a bit "bored" with the menu as it is the same every day, but this is how it is, I guess.. Our room was cleaned every day - even when we left a bit late.. The personel at the reception is super friendly and very service minded as well. Both at check in and check out.. We will be back for sure! On the 1st floor coffee/chocolate & water machine were at our disposal all day - really great! The.

Message: Friendly staff. Nice English-style breakfast. Excellent location, especially ideal for King's Cross and St Pancras stations. Nice restaurants close by. Small room but clean. Coffee-making and drinking water facilities available. On the downsides: no lift, some stairs are very narrow and small, so be aware. Also I had asked for a quiet room but I could hear the people outside of the pub around the corner until late. I tried to let the door of the bathroom open to get rid of the humidity smell. I find it complicated to take a shower with a non-removable shower head and I found it hard to adjust the temperature.

Message: Very happy with my room. I was in Rm6 on the lower ground floor, small double bed and ensuite. I am aware that people complain about the tube noise but this didn't bother me. The hotel did provide ear plugs if you wanted them. For £130 for the night in a hotel that was clean and tidy, about 10min walk from Euston Station it was perfect. I would return. I stayed in July, weather was not hot so can't comment on how warm the room gets, there was a fan if you wanted to use it. The window open on to a small patio for air (more than you get in big chain hotels).. The hotel faces a small park where you can play tennis. There are cafes and coffee shops within easy walking distance.

Message: Great place to stay at for one night. Perfect location, easy to get everywhere. Rooms are quite small but comfortable. Quality of a bathroom not perfect but for one night - OK. Good English breakfast with various of food choices. Highly recommend!

Message: Great location (close to King's Cross Station). Great service. Great price for the location. Rooms are smaller and you'll need to take the stairs up, some are very narrow and small, so be aware. Water pressure was almost non-existent in the shower for us.. Otherwise, great little hotel in a great location for a great price.
